Testimonials

I have had the pleasure of closely working with her [Janelle Jalbert] through the National Research Center on Rural Education Support...Janelle quickly understood the scope of the project, and I felt confident that she would accurately and professionally fulfill her responsibilities.  Janelle is characterized by a passion for what she does and integrity in her interactions with people.  I would hire her again without reservation.

Janelle is very creative and her lessons are embedded with engaging design qualities to fully engage...She is well-prepared and has excellent subject-content knowledge.  Janelle has an extensive academic portfolio of experiences and her 'real world' experiences serve her well.   Therefore, it is without reservation that I endorse Janelle Jalbert as a professional educator that can add to any program or organization fortunate to enlist her services.

I know it was your job at the time to teach us what you did but I really cannot thank you enough for all that you did teach those who listened, and for what you have inspired me to explore in my studies.

It's amazing how all the stuff you said and what I have read and researched on linguistics, semantics, phraseology, canon, etc all just combine into this poetic-esque expression of whatever I have to type, catered to the assignment and teacher perfectly.

The writing skills you taught us really have been invaluable in all of my classes, and are probably the most valuable skill I posses in college at this time, or will ever have through my education.

All that said I hope this doesn't read narcissistically or arrogantly at all. It's just to thank you for what you've done, I have to tell you how I've used it. For example, my 4 and 5 in AP English III and IV let me skip two years of English at college and prequalified me for higher level classes. The skills also helped me to do well in all my other AP classes, so all 15 units I have walking into college are in great part due to your class. Seriously.

Thank you for working with me on my college application essay.  I didn’t feel comfortable with asking my everyday teachers here to read it because it was too personal.  Your feedback and suggestions were very helpful, and I believe my essay was a lot stronger because of your help.
